How Can I Check The Status Of My Order?

I Have Not Received An Order Confirmation, What Should I Do?

Order confirmations can sometimes take up to 24/h. If you haven’t received your order confirmation email after 24/h, please contact us at info@phoneya.eu with your inquiry.

Can I Change My Order?

Please contact info@phoneya.eu as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate your request however there is no guarantee that any changes can be made once an order is placed.

Can I Only Purchase Products Through The Website?

Yes, we only have online order possibility. 

Do You Ship Internationally?

We ship to most countries worldwide. Standard shipping is free. We ship also with premium shipping which cost depends on your country. 

Can I Cancel My Order?

Yes, you can cancel your order when it’s not shipped yet. Unfortunately we are not able to cancel an order once it has been shipped.

We accept online payments through Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Paypal.

Can I Return My Order?

We are unable to offer returns, but if you package is damage then we can offer exchange or refund. Customer must contact us within 48 hours of receipt. Customer must include photos of the issue and a screenshot of your order confirmation email.
