SHIPPING
We work with suppliers with around the world to source high-quality products. Our suppliers typically ship items within 1-5 days of receiving an order. From that point, it takes 10-24 days for items to arrive. For COVID-19, please understand that there are some delays.
As soon as your product ships, you’ll receive a tracking number that will let you keep tabs of where your order is at all times. Typically you’ll receive tracking number 5 days after placing your order.
For Duties Delivered Unpaid (DDU) Orders: As the customer, you are liable for all import duties, customs and taxes levied. Payment of these is required to release your order from customs on arrival. These fees are charged by the receiving government office and are the responsibility of the recipient. Parcels may experience additional delays when being processed through Customs.
TRACKING
You will receive an email with a tracking number once your order is shipped but sometimes due to free shipping tracking is not available. For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase may be sent in separate packages even if you’ve specified combined shipping.
